Jason Iyasara founded Made Engineers Recruit Ltd in October 2022, with a specific focus on technology engineering recruitment.

He has cultivated a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the company. His philosophy is, "When you think you know it all, you stop growing."

Endeavouring to consciously acquire relevant or beneficial knowledge concerning some aspect of technology engineering and recruitment, has become something of a daily ritual amongst the team so that they can be as equipped as possible in matching the right candidates with the right jobs.
